I provide 50-minute therapeutic sessions to individuals both in person and on a virtual basis (telehealth) over a HIPAA compliant platform. Areas of interest and expertise include life transitions, adjustment, relationship issues and working with individuals around religious/spiritual grief and trauma.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW-S) with Private Independent Practitioner (PIP) status in the state of Alabama, I am certified by the ABSWE (Alabama Board of Social Work Examiners) to offer clinical supervision to any BSW or MSW looking to enter into a Supervision relationship for licensure purposes.

I am certified through Selah: Center for Spiritual Formation as a Spiritual Director. Many consider spiritual direction to be a process in which the director, or companion, simply facilitates one’s seeking God’s presence in their life— past, present or future. While confidentiality and safety are of utmost importance in spiritual direction, it is not therapy or psychoanalysis in the same sort of goal-oriented and symptom-alleviation focused way.
