Breathe.
With the right support we all have the capacity to gain insight, face the past, and find new ways of really being present in our lives.
What to Expect.
Lyndsay Clark provides individual counseling, social work supervision, and spiritual direction in person and virtually, as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW-S) and certified Spiritual Director.
My therapeutic work with individuals is informed heavily by Sue Johnson’s work in adult Attachment Theory, also known as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). I integrate aspects of Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Mindfulness-based work.
Through my experience, training and clinical expertise, I aim to help my clients tap into their sense of integrated wholeness.

New to Counseling?
The thought of talking to a stranger about intimate and personal topics can feel daunting. But if you’ve found yourself on this site, it may be time to try something new. Therapy is intended to provide a safe and confidential space with an objective and skilled clinician to create change in a way you likely haven’t experienced with those who know you best.
For some, talking in person is best. For others, virtual accessibility through a HIPAA compliant platform removes unnecessary barriers to meaningful conversation. We can connect in whatever way is most beneficial and accessible to you in your work/life rhythm.
